Russia’s Communism gone but not forgotten

Is Russia reverting back to a dictatorship again? The media is controlled through  fear tactics of the leadership. The democratization of Russia is in danger as Russia reverts back to communist ways through censorship and central control of corporations and intolerance of opposition.
