Controlling the cost of malpractice insurance

Medical malpractice insurance is designed to cover doctors (and other professionals in the medical field) for liability claims arising from their treatment of patients. Over the past decade, malpractice insurance costs have grown exponentially. In fact, many physicians have decided not carry malpractice insurance and post that fact in their waiting room.
