What happened to Hillary’s lead?

Initial polls showed Hillary was a shoo-in for the democratic nomination. Now that the Iowa Caucus and New Hampshire primaries have taken place, Hillary does not have the slam dunk lead she had before. What does she have to do to regain her lead?
